Freshly renovated with coastal charm throughout, The Sunny Brier is a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house sleeping up to 8 guests — just four minutes on foot from Scarborough State Beach. Light-filled rooms, a stunning screened sunroom, water views from the living room and the Cornwall Room, and a private deck make this the ideal base for your Rhode Island summer.
